The Theory of Planned Behaviour membentuk Perilaku Berwirausaha Mahasiswa

Abstract

Today, the issue of demographic bonus is becoming a phenomenon in Indonesia. The impact of this phenomenon is a challenge for the government to overcome unemployment and economic growth. Open unemployment is also dominated by college graduates. The entrepreneurship course program at tertiary institutions is one of the government’s efforts to educate entrepreneurial values ​​to students to answer various national economic issues. This phenomenon needs special attention and is assessed realistically. The contents of the thinking in this paper are The Theory of Planned Behavior in shaping behavior in order to grow student entrepreneurial intentions. Theory of Planned Behavior has three factors that shape entrepreneurial intentions, namely attitude toward the behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control. The purpose of this study is to provide knowledge and present relevant research findings to prove the Theory of Planned Behavior’s contribution to entrepreneurial intentions. The desired implication of the contents of this thought is that Theory of Planned Behavior can be applied as early as possible to students in order to support entrepreneurship courses in higher education in order to answer the challenges of national economic issues.

Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Layanan Drive Thru McDonald’s Slamet Riyadi Surakarta

Abstract

The purpose of this research study examines the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction on the McDonald Slamet Riyadi Surakarta drive thru service.

The research instruments used in this study were questionnaires, in this study there were 126 respondents of McDonald’s Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The criteria needed are consumers who use drive thru services. The data analysis method used in this test is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. Data analysis includes testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, and testing the hypothesis statistically.

Based on the results of analytical analysis using descriptive analysis methods and PLS, it can be concluded that service quality towards consumer satisfaction on McDonald’s McDonald’s Slamet Riyadi drive thru service is only a tangible variable which has the greatest contribution to customer satisfaction among 5 variables.

Implementasi Hubungan Media pada Divisi Komunikasi & CSR PT PTP

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the media relation activities of the Corporate Communication and CSR Division of PT PTP (a government owned enterprise). This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The informants were 3 staffs from Communication and Corporate Department, Corporate Communication and CSR Staff. The researchers used interview, observation and documentation analysis techniques to gain the data. The result of the research showed that media relation activities conducted by sharing to the media about formal informations, events, or daily activities of the enterprise. However, the media relation by means of pers conference, announcement, e-buletin, and writing media release to the mass media.

Pengembangan Model Manajemen Sea Teacher Outbound di FKIP UHAMKA

Abstract

The researchers aimed to develop an outbound SEA Teacher management model at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education of the Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKA starting from the preparation, implementation, controlling, and evaluation of the outbound SEA Teacher Program. The method used in this research was the Research and Development Research Method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. Data obtained from the observation, participant observation, interviews, focus group discussion, expert judgment, data documentation analysis, and model testing. The subjects were 4 participants of SEA Teacher Batch 8 from 2019/2020 academic year. They stated that the results of this development show the ideal outbound SEA Teacher management model for students at FKIP UHAMKA. That was very feasible to be implemented for the next batch, because the development of FKIP UHAMKA’s SEA Teacher Outbound management model can run effective and efficient.

Kinerja Dosen: Analisis dari Aspek Budaya Kerja, Kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja di Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof Dr. HAMKA

Abstract

This research aims to reveal and analyze the influence of Work Culture, Competence and Work Discipline on the performance of lecturers. The method used in this descriptive study is quantitative research, survey methods, questionnaires and path analysis techniques. The results of hypothesis testing are a significant direct effect of Work Culture (X1) on Work Discipline (X2) is 42%. Then the significant direct effect of Competence (X2) on Work Discipline (X3) is 46.65%. There is a direct and indirect influence of Work Culture (X1) on Work Discipline (X3) through Competence (X2) is 44.6%. Competence (X2) has a significant direct effect on Performance (X4) is 56%. And the direct and indirect influence of Work Culture (X1) on Performance (X4) through Competence (X2) produces a significant effect is 48.08%. Lecturer performance related to the 3 indicators in this study, namely time, quality and quantity can improve the implementation of education and teaching, research and community service. Increasing the competence of lecturers to carry out a job professionally affects lecturers competence in pendagogik competence, professional competence, personality competence, and social competence. Work discipline indicators in complying with work rules and procedures, on-time attendance, work completion, and the usage of facilities and infrastructure have a significant contribution to improving lecturer performance through competence.

Pengembangan Produk di Kafe Hoax Ancol

Abstract

The study intended to describe the implementation of product development at Kafe Hoax Ancol, a cafe at Taman Impian Jaya Ancol area managed by PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol. The research method used was qualitative descriptive method with the researcher as a key informant. The research informants were the chef, the manager, and the head of product development division. The data collected by participated observation, interviews, and documents analysis. Then the data analyzed by the procedures of data reduction, data display, and data verification.  The research result showed that the product development process at Kafe Hoax initiated by the reviews of food and beverages trends at the local and national level. Inspired by the thoughts from the consumers, chef, and the trends, then the team developed a new kind of menu. The developed product can be western style or Indonesian style, snacks or desserts, with affordable prices. There was no specialized team for product development at the cafe right now, the existed staffs unbrave to innovate with new menu, following the old menu lists from the beginning. At the moment, a part time development product team will test the product before listed at menu lists. After the menu passed from the test, then the marketing team will use social media and brochures to promote the newly developed product.

Pengaruh Kesadaran Merek terhadap Ekuitas Merek Transmart Cilandak

Abstract

The study aims to determine how much influence the brand awareness of brand equity in Transmart Cilandak. The study sample numbered 99 respondent from population numbered 12.706 people which is the number of one week study begins from 01 July 2019 until 07 July 2019. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. This study uses quantitative associative approach, and the method was description with correlation technique. After the nomal distriution of data and linear based test for normality and linearity test, followed by analysis of variance (ANOVA). Based on the calculation results obtained by linear regression of Y = 35,83 + 0,60X and ANOVA calculation results obtained Fhitung>Ftabel (-1,22>1,60). Hypothesis testing is done by calculating the product moment correlation and obtained thitung>ttabel (7,092>1,661), which means that Ho is rejected. Therefore, the results of this study conclued that there is a relationship between brad awareness with the brand equity. Then the researchers tested how much influence the brand equity and the results obtained are 34,10% means that the influence exerted by a enough strong mix of brand awareness and the remaining 65,90% influenced by otehr factors such as brand loyalty, brand association, perceived quality and brand assets.

Implementasi Budaya 5R di Lembaga Pemerintah K Jakarta

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the implementation of the 5R culture (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin /simple, neat, clean, conscious, industrious) at a branch of government office at Jakarta, as a part of a Ministrial General Directorate. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data sources from 3 informants consisting of the a lower level manager and two staffs. The data collected by observation, interviews, analysis of documentation, and triangulation techniques.

The research concluded that 5R culture implemented by the actions of the principles of 5R at the job environment. The implementation stimulated the planned organizational target at work: efficiency, productivity, quality, and work safety. One R that did not implemented clearly is the discipline. Some staffs still came late to the office.

Pengaruh Iklan terhadap Citra Merek Konsumen KFC Ciracas Jakarta Timur

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of advertising to Brand Image on KFC Ciracas consumers, East Jakarta. The research used an associative quantitative research method. The population in this research were 5618 consumers. The sampling technique used was incidental sampling and the sample determined in this study amounted to 98 respondents using the Slovin formula. After the data are known to have the same characteristics and normal distribution based on the normality test, followed by analysis of variance (ANAVA). Based on the results of linear regression calculations obtained Ŷ = 19.91 + 0.67 (x) and the results of ANAVA calculations obtained Fcount < Ftable (0.655 < 1,63). The hypothesis testing was done by Pearson’s product moment correlation and obtained rxy= 0.606, which showed that there is a strong influence of advertising on Brand Image and in accordance with the interpretation criteria in the correlation coefficient interpretation table that is 0,600 – 0,799. Therefore, the study concluded that there was the effect of advertising to Brand Image on consumers of KFC Ciracas, East Jakarta.

Penerapan Green Office di Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara Jakarta III

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Application of Green Office at the State Treasury Service Office Jakarta III. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. For the data source, a purposive sampling was chosen with the number of informants or resource persons as many as 3 (three) people consisting of the Head of General Subdivision, General Subdivision, General Subdivision. Data collection techniques were carried out at KPPN Jakarta III using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation studies, then cross-checked with source and technique triangulation. Then the data is analyzed by the analysis of Miles and Huberman’s method. From the results of the study, the researchers concluded that the implementation of KPPN Jakarta III green office includes the implementation of green office features of energy saving, water saving, sustainability of green office development. Green Office is about how to make a healthy, green and environmentally friendly office. If the office has realized an environmentally friendly office in work productivity can be created and the achievement of key target areas (1) energy saving features in lighting, (2) air quality in the office, (3) electricity saving features, (4) water saving, ( 5) Physical design of office buildings, (6) features of office material selection, (7) paper-saving features, (8) office waste management, (9) green work space. The results showed that the application of employees regarding the concept of green office was good enough, but there were still employees who did not understand the concept of green office.
